Wicked Important Information —
- All travelers are required to have a valid U.S. Passport.
- All travelers are required to sign an MIT trip liability release form.
- This is an active trip with extensive walking.
- There will be early morning starts, a multi-hour boat cruise, and long travel days to/from Canada, several steps getting on and off the Yankee Bus at multiple stops.
Highlights of this overnight trip include —
- First class accommodations at the 4-diamond rated DoubleTree Fallsview Resort & Spa Suites. Panoramic views of the Upper Niagara River plus pool, hot tub, fitness, and game room. Breakfast buffet both mornings; dinner the first night.
- Tour of Niagara Falls with a local step-on-the-bus guide, including the Floral Clock and the Whirlpool.
- Visit to Niagara-on-the-Lake, described as the prettiest town in Ontario, 19th century village in the heart of Ontario’s Wine Country.
- Voyage to the Falls aboard City Cruises - get up close to the thundering water and mist of the mighty Horseshoe Fall. A thrill of a lifetime!
- Dinner at the Skylon Tower’s Revolving Dining Room, 775 feet above the Fall. The dining room rotates every hour for a full view of the Falls.
- Time to explore on your own between activities and after dinner.
- Deluxe Yankee Line motorcoach transportation; complimentary parking at the MIT Cambridge campus and Lincoln Laboratory.
