The Association of MIT Retirees took a trip to the awe-inspiring Deerfield, MA for a visit to local spots and a wonderful lunch at Hotel Northampton. We'll stopped by Magic Wings, a scintillating butterfly conservatory that hosts nearly 4,000 native and tropical butterflies year round! With additional exhibits showcasing dart frogs, koi fish, and beautiful plant life, it was be an enchanting way to spend our morning. We stopped by the Yankee Candle Village to take in the sights (and smells!) before visiting The Bridge of Flowers in Shelburne Falls, a testament to the lasting uplifting impact of neighborhood public works.
